The lower carbon content minimizes carbide precipitation in the heat-affected zone near the weld, which can lead to intergranular corrosion (weld erosion) of stainless steel in some environments. 304N is a nitrogen-containing stainless steel, and nitrogen is added to increase the strength of the steel. 316 (18Cr-12Ni-2.5Mo) material: due to the addition of Mo, its corrosion resistance, atmospheric corrosion resistance and high temperature strength are particularly good, and can be used under harsh conditions; excellent work hardening (non-magnetic).
(1) The surface rust, oil stains, burrs on the wall of the bolt holes, welding flashes, etc. should be cleaned up. (2) After the contact friction surface is treated, the specified anti-scratch coefficient requirements must be met. The high-strength bolts used should have matching nuts and washers, which should be used in accordance with the matching and should not be interchanged. (3) When the friction surface of the treated component is installed, it is not allowed to be stained with oil, soil and other sundries. (4) The friction surface of the module should be kept dry during installation and should not be operated in the rain. (5) Strictly check and correct the deformation of the connected steel plates before installation. (6) It is forbidden to hammer into the bolt during installation to prevent damage to the bolt thread. (7) The electric wrench, which is regularly tested during use, ensures the accuracy of the torque and operates in the correct tightening sequence. Main safety technical measures (1) The size of the wrench of the adjustable wrench should be consistent with the size of the nut, and the sleeve should not be added to the small wrench. A dead wrench should be used for high-altitude work. For example, when using an adjustable wrench, use a rope to fasten it, and people should fasten their seat belts. (2) When assembling the connecting bolts of steel components, it is strictly forbidden to insert your hands into the connecting surface or touch the screw holes. When picking and placing the bolster, your fingers should be placed on both sides of the bolster.
In steelmaking plants, the wheels of metallurgical casting crane trolleys used for hanging liquid metal are connected with cardan shafts through flanges. Usually, a keyway is set in the radial direction of the connecting flange, and the keyway is a through groove. The B-type flat key is set in the keyway to transmit torque. During the frequent forward and reverse motion of the wheel, the flange connection bolts are easily loosened. Since the keyway is a through groove, the B-type flat key is easily caused when the flange connection bolts are loosened. It falls off from the keyway of the connecting flange and cannot transmit the torque, which seriously affects the working efficiency of the locomotive. In addition, because the B-type flat key falls off and cannot transmit the torque, the locomotive can only rely on the connecting bolt to transmit the torque when it continues to work. Poor, it is easy to damage and scrap the connecting bolts, and then damage the connecting flanges, requiring frequent replacement and maintenance, high cost, and difficult maintenance.
Basic requirements for the installation of T-bolt sleeve components: only when the T-head and the middle slot of the anchoring plate are in good agreement and the anchoring surfaces are in close contact, can the force be evenly applied. If the T-head and the anchoring plate are in line contact, even only point contact , the bolt is partially stressed, which will seriously affect the life. Therefore, the verticality of the sleeve installation must be less than or equal to 1/1000, that is, the horizontality of the anchoring plate surface must be less than or equal to 1/1000, and the center deviation of the sleeve must be controlled within 5mm (the center deviation of the T-bolt is 2mm). Therefore, improving the embedded accuracy of the T-bolt sleeve is the key to the installation of the T-bolt integral sleeve.
