Ordinary snap-type retaining rings have ears on their structure, which cause interference with the inner parts. If the ears are not provided, it is very troublesome to disassemble. For the very demanding aerospace field, ordinary snap rings cannot meet their requirements.

Fasteners include: bolts, studs, screws, nuts, washers, pins. Locking or seizure often occurs on fasteners of stainless steel, aluminum alloy and titanium alloy materials. These metal alloys themselves have anti-corrosion properties. When the surface is damaged, a thin oxide layer will be formed on the metal surface to prevent further rust. When the stainless steel fastener is locked, the pressure and heat generated between the teeth will destroy the oxide layer, causing blockage or shearing between the metal threads, and then the phenomenon of adhesion occurs. When this phenomenon persists, the stainless steel fasteners will be completely locked and can no longer be removed or continued to lock. Usually this series of blocking_shear_adhesion_locking takes place in just a few seconds, so the correct understanding of the use of this type of fasteners can prevent this phenomenon.

Headless hexagon socket screw

The flange nut and the general hexagon nut are basically the same in size and thread specification, but compared with the hexagon nut, the gasket and the nut are integrated, and there are anti-skid tooth patterns on the bottom, which increases the nut and the workpiece. Compared with the combination of ordinary nut and washer, it is stronger and has greater tensile force. In some equipment with large vibration amplitude, due to the action of huge vibration force, the flange nut is prone to loosening, which often occurs. If the flange nut falls off the equipment or even damages, the staff also needs to install the flange nut repeatedly, which increases the labor intensity and brings great inconvenience to the use. Now a split type tightening nut is proposed.

There is an anti-theft screw, which can prevent the use of any disassembly tool for disassembly, and effectively plays the role of anti-theft. Its structure is that the anti-theft screw is composed of two parts; the upper part is a hexagonal part, and the lower part is a threaded part; the hexagonal part and the threaded part are connected in rotation; The core shell is formed with the lock core; the lock core is rotatably connected with the lock core shell. The shell of the lock cylinder is fixedly connected with the hexagonal piece, and the starting structure is as follows: a pin hole is arranged on the hexagonal piece; The lower part of the hexagonal part is provided with a polygonal hole, which is connected with the polygonal hole on the threaded part; the lower part of the lock cylinder is a threaded rod; the threaded rod is located in the polygonal hole; The edge block moves up and down in the polygonal hole. When working, slowly twist the hexagonal piece from left to right and turn the key at the same time to achieve the alignment of the upper and lower polygonal holes.
